Rahul Garg

Rahul Garg is a law and policy sciences student majoring in constitutional law at National Law University, Jodhpur. His current research interests include international human rights law, gender expression, gender and sexuality, the integration of law and feminism, the study of sexism and the broader impact which the inter-generative relationship between laws and sexism has on the rights of women globally, areas in which he has written for various international platforms.

He was a visiting summer school participant in the International Criminal Court Summer School held at the National University of Ireland in summer 2019 as well as the Internet Law Summer School held at the University of Geneva in summer 2018, and has more recently interned with the gender and sexuality team of Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, worked as an intern with an organization aiming at the inclusion of transgender people at workplace in India and also works as a staff reporter and editor for JURIST at the University of Pittsburgh, where he reports on public law issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community globally.
