Raadhika Gupta is an Assistant Professor and Assistant Director, Centre for Human Rights Studies at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, India. She is currently working as a Consultant with the National Skill Development Agency, New Delhi. Raadhika completed her B.A., LL.B.(Hons.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and LL.M. from Harvard Law School. Her areas of interest include feminist jurisprudence, human rights, legal theory and constitutional law. She has also worked on disability law as part of the team of legal consultants to the committee drafting the new disability legislation in India.
