Mohit Agarwal is a final year law student at Gujarat National Law University, India and the Senior Editor of the University’s Journal of Law and Economics. His current research focuses on platform and digital market regulation and its intersection with content moderation. He was the first Indian undergraduate student to have his work published by Concurrences, a leading antitrust publishing firm and is an alumna of Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot.
During his time at law school, he interned with a varied set of prestigious firms and institutions, including Human Rights Law Network where he assisted Senior Advocate Gayatri Singh in a dispute involving a governmental housing and developmental scheme. He is also a Teaching Assistant at his University where he takes great pleasure in mentoring his junior peers.
