Marco A. Sabino
Dr. Marco A. Sabino is a researcher who provides legal analysis of Freedom of Expression in Brazil and South America. He works as an executive for Globo TV, one of the America’s biggest broadcasters, in the advertising area. He holds a Ph.D. in Litigation from the University of São Paulo, School of Law. His dissertation – a study of the judicial intervention on public health – was awarded as the best dissertation of 2014 by the University São Paulo. He is a lawyer with 12 years experience, professor of Ethics, Law and Corporate Governance. He is attending the Post-Doctorate Program at University of Coimbra, Portugal, where he studies the limits of the protection conferred to commercial speech. Additionally, he has earned post-graduate certificates in Civil Procedure and Litigation (Catholic Law School, São Paulo), Civil and Commercial Law (Autonomous Law School of São Paulo) and Teaching (University Anhembi-Morumbi).
