Farid Azzi

Farid Azzi is a legal researcher with a background in international law and human rights. Currently pursuing a Master’s in Diplomacy and International Security at Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, he also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution focusing on contemporary issues in international public law.

Farid’s previous roles include working as a legal trainee at Azzi Law Firm and as a researcher at the Lebanese Center for Human Rights (CLDH). His work at CLDH involved examining human rights issues in Lebanon, promoting legal reform, and publishing research on political support for some minority communities.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Farid is actively involved in human rights advocacy, having organized workshops on the abolition of the death penalty and participated in conferences on Lebanon’s transition to a civil state.
With a passion for promoting justice and human rights, he hopes to continue to contribute his insights and research to the global discourse on freedom of expression.
