Carolina Paulesu

Carolina is a Legal Clerk at the Civil Court of Appeal of Milan, where she deals with a number of different private law cases. This experience will allow her to access both the bar exam and the judicial exam. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law obtained summa cum laude from the University of Milan and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics. She wrote her LL.M. dissertation on the interaction between Artificial Intelligence and consumer protection, claiming AI may be used by consumers to strengthen their contractual position and achieve social justice in contract law. In September 2021, she will start a PhD at the European University Institute (EUI) further investigating the same topic.
