Aakanksha Kaul is an advocate in Delhi, India. She holds an LLM degree from Columbia University (2016) and an LLb. degree from King’s College London (2011). She also has a BA Hons. (History) degree from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University.

She is a Counsel for the Union of India in the Supreme Court of India. She began working as an independent counsel from 2013. She has previously worked for Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and in the Chambers the Additional Solicitor General of India. She has experience in arbitration, commercial litigation, intellectual property, tax and criminal law.
