Nevena Krivokapić

Nevena Krivokapić currently holds the position of Legal Researcher at SHARE Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Serbia established with a goal to fight for the public interest in every critical battle affecting digital rights within the fields of privacy, free speech, surveillance and government transparency and efficiency. She is the Foundation’s coordinator for online media and freedom of expression in the digital environment. Her research is mostly focused on the regulation of online media, defamation, and third-party content on the Internet.

During her studies, Ms Krivokapić was a member of the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Law winning team at the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition. She is the Moot Court Coordinator for regional and international rounds of the Monroe E. Price Moot Court Competition, and was a Moot Court Assistant since 2013. Prior to joining SHARE Foundation, Ms. Krivokapić worked as an associate at the Stojkovic & Prekajski Law Office, dealing exclusively with media law and free speech issues and cases. In 2012, Ms Krivokapić earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Law and in 2015 she passed the Bar Exam.
