Nakul Nayak is a legal researcher whose interests revolve broadly around human rights. He graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur, with honours in Constitutional Law in 2015. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief of Trade, Law and Development.

He is currently a Fellow at the Centre for Communication Governance at National Law University, Delhi, India. At the Centre, his research areas include civil liberties, particularly freedom of expression online and offline.
