Kevin Crow is Assistant Professor of International Law and Ethics at the Asia School of Business (ASB) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and an International Faculty Fellow at the MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston, USA. His research focuses on ‘judgment’ and ‘belief’ in international law, corporate subjectivity to international law, constructions of the private-public relationship, and the private sector’s role in ‘authoring’ public international law.
