Estefanía Mullally
Estefanía is an Argentine lawyer, specializing in International Public Law at the University of Buenos Aires. She coordinated the Human Rights Center of the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires for three years. At the same university, she worked as a professor of practical work on human rights and guarantees for five years.
Estefanía is a specialist in Public Policy and Gender Justice from the Latin American Council of Social Sciences, and in Gender and Law from the University of Buenos Aires. She has completed several diploma courses in: Supranational Protection of Human Rights at the Università degli Studi di Perugia; Theory and Practice of Regional Integration at the University of Alcalá; Equality and Non-Discrimination, and Migrants and Refugee Protection, both at the University of Buenos Aires.
She is currently the academic coordinator of the Diploma in Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights co-organized by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the DESCA Special Rapporteur of the Inter-American Commission and the University of Buenos Aires. She also co-coordinates the “Semillero Latinoamericano de Derechos Humanos”, a program developed by the Inter-American Court together with the Rule of Law Programme in Latin America – KAS Foundation and the University of Buenos Aires
