The third biennial presentation of the Columbia Global Freedom of Expression Prizes will  be awarded on April 25th 2018 by President Lee C. Bollinger, Columbia University in the City of New York and Dr. Agnès Callamard, Director, Columbia Global Freedom of Expression; and Special Adviser to the President, Columbia University in the City of New York.

The prizes recognize judicial decisions and legal representation around the world that strengthen freedom of expression by promoting international legal norms.
