Barbara Medina completed a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law in 2014. She holds a M.A. in International Economics and Latin American Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Before receiving her law degree, she had worked international projects in education and technology, capacity development, and communication and sustainable development.
